In Builders Limited subdivision process  as follows:

Step 1. Site Feasibility
Get a site feasibility assessment to ensure property is eligible for subdivision.

Step 2. Engineering & Professional Reports
We will design the subdivision layout and prepare a Resource Consent Application to the relevant Council (this includes general reports and site-specific reports, as well as design plans).

Step 3. Council Application
We will prepare and lodge council consent applications necessary for the approval of your subdivision.

Step 4. Application approval.
If your subdivision application is approved, they will impose conditions on which your subdivision consent must adhere to.

These may include:

• Survey conditions
• Engineering conditions (construction of drainage, driveways etc.)
• Certification & inspection conditions (proving council that the work has been completed)
• Financial Conditions

Step 5. Site Works & Services
This is where the transformation starts to take place. We will construct drainage (stormwater & wastewater), set up services (water, power, gas) and access to the site.
